At an organisational level, Liz helps businesses create high levels of commitment and engagement in major change initiatives, working with leadership and change teams to shape approaches, which work with their culture and resource constraints, and developing people to act as internal change champions. At a team level, she helps new teams accelerate their effectiveness and established teams to refresh their approach or overcome significant barriers.

Taylor Harrell

Taylor is a Faculty Instructor and Doctoral Student at the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences.  She:

  • Conducts research on high-performing teams and organizational effectiveness utilizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including social network analysis and multi-level modeling techniques. 
  • Designs and instruct leadership courses for graduate and undergraduate students in the Leadership Studies minor and the Master of Arts in Peace and Justice. Courses include Personal Leadership and Self-Inquiry, Group Dynamics, Leadership and Organizational Change, and Capstone. 
  • Facilitates dialogue surrounding divisive issues and self-inquiry topics to elevate conceptual understanding and experiential learning.

Sara-Michele is a Senior Cyber Defense Analyst.  She is building a world class 24x7x365 Security Operations Center. She ensures the protection of client networks as part of a Managed Security Services Provider. Manage day to day client engagement and security analysis. Escalation point for the toughest technical problems.

Mike Mister

Mike is a Partner at Møller Institute where he works in supporting the development of leadership and change management capability in the specialised area of professional services firms. His key areas of expertise and interest are at the intersection of strategy, commercial success and the organisation’s people agenda. He is particularly effective and experienced in working in complex environments that are fluid and political in nature, and which require the agreement of multiple stakeholders with differing agendas. Mike has over 20 years experience in the professional services sector, and for the last fifteen years he has consulted across the world with leadership teams to help drive the consistency of thought and action necessary to drive a hugely ambitious globalisation agenda.

Mike is also very effective in the design and presentation of executive education programmes, and has worked extensively with many of the leading faculty working in the professional services field. The key thrust of these programmes is always the use of executive development as an enabler in driving change and improving financial performance. As well as working with the world’s top professional services faculty, Mike has taught business strategy, leadership, and a variety of personal development topics around the world including China, India, South Africa, Argentina, Australia, the USA and across Europe.

His experience includes:

  • Architecting a partner development career model
  • Design and delivery of key milestone programmes at career junctures
  • Management of executive education programmes within international business schools
  • Design and delivery of global business strategy programmes

Mike began his career in retail banking before moving to roles in the defence industry. Since working as a consultant he has specialised in the design and delivery of tailored development programmes for a wide variety of ‘Blue-Chip’ organisations, working primarily on assisting executives to improve business performance.

In his last major corporate role Mike was Global Director for Executive Development at EY Global (formerly Ernst & Young Global). Although London based he travelled extensively for over 15 years facilitating the development of EY partners around the world as the organisation went through a rapid process of globalisation. As part of this role Mike was responsible for relationships with major business schools and faculty; and working with key suppliers and consulting firms, primarily in the areas of client service and business development.

Mike has an MBA, a degree in Psychology and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK. He is also a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and an associate by qualification of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (Institute of Financial Services) in the UK.

Michael F. Seelman

He is the owner of Churchill Consultants and co-owner of GovCoaches that provide coaching, consulting, and inspirational speaking services.  Michael is a Marshall Goldsmith certified executive coach and inspirational speaker.  He has served clients around the world, including the in United States, South Africa, Cyprus, Italy, Spain, Singapore, Germany, and France. 

Michael had a nearly a 20 year career in the federal government.  He served in leadership positions at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the White House – including roles in communications, employee engagement, intergovernmental liaison, knowledge management, innovation, leadership development, information technology, administration, and high profile multi-city collaborative violence reduction initiatives.

To balance out his serious day jobs, Michael took improv comedy classes with ComedySportz and Washington Improv Theater (WIT) and acting classes with the Shakespeare Theater.  He even performed with several amateur comedy troupes, including "Cheaper Than Therapy." 

Michael did his undergraduate thesis and collaborated on a book with leadership scholar and Pulitzer Prize-winning author James MacGregor Burns at the University of Maryland.  He received his master's degree in public administration from Harvard University where he did his master's thesis with leadership scholar Ronald A. Heifetz.

Michael earned his Chief Information Officer (CIO) certification from the U.S. Department of Defense and is Vice President of the Board of Trustees for a youth leadership foundation.
